The warm welcome from the staff set the tone for a fantastic stay. Cristiana was super helpful with all our questions, making us feel right at home. The modern room had a lovely balcony overlooking Via degli Aranci, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the summer heat. Breakfast each morning was a delight. Andrea's homemade pastries were scrumptious, and the fresh cappuccinos were a major treat. The location was stellar, just a short five-minute walk to Piazza Tasso. We even had a packed breakfast prepared for us on our early departure—such a thoughtful gesture! My only complaint was the rattling shutters on the balcony doors during the wind at night, which could be disruptive. Still, the excellent service and overall comfort made the stay memorable.

My stay at Luiselle Charming Accommodation was frustrating. The breakfast was limited to a very narrow timeframe, and I felt rushed every morning. I was also disappointed by the inflexibility regarding late check-outs and luggage storage.
